I’m pullin the plug on my debt

Now I’ll tell you from personal experience there are thousands upon thousands of ways to fall into debt up to your eyeballs. For me personally, I had an operation at the hospital that my insurance didn’t cover. Now I don’t know about you but that instantly put me into debt. Next thing I know I’m paying bills with credit cards then paying credit card bills with credit cards, its really not as funny as it sounds.

Thankfully after speaking to my aunt I learned about a Debt Relief program that truly gave me freedom, all the debts that I had were reduced to fifty percent, I was completely debt free in just about fourteen months. For a long point I though my only option was the last option that anyone wants to do, bankruptcy. Fortunately for me my eyes got opened and a gate was unlocked for me to get through these difficult times. These people at the Freedom group I talked to were all kind and very courteous and didn’t look down on me for slipping into debt. The most beautiful thing they did for me was call all the places I was in debt to, got all the amounts for everything I owed and turned it into just one payment a month, instead of paying five different places five different amounts, five different times a month. These people really saved me in a big way and I extend my warmest thanks.

The Roast of Bob Saget

I love the Comedy Central Roasts they’re great, well most of the time, I enjoy all of the others a bit more than the one for Bob Saget. The panel they had definately left me wanting more. At least John Stamos rewarded the funniest one there with a little make out session. The fuuny thing is on the CC website they dont even say the names of some of the people there because they just were not funny. John Stamos was funnier than most of the comedians. All in All I hope he had an absolutely wonderful time, even though alot of people don’t like him everyone has to admit he’s put the time in. At least give him that.

The all powerful Lemon Law

So my significant other and myself decided we needed a new car for her to go back and forth to work with, a noble enough cause to spend a large amount of money, but we didn’t want to spend too much, five thousand was going to be our limit. We drive all over town searching dealership after dealership until we come across a smaller quaint car dealership of which I won’t mention the name. My fiance saw a cute little Honda in the lot and falls absolutely in love with it. A very nice man comes out and gives us his spiel, he was a better than average salesman, therefore finally talking us into paying forty five hundred for the car, it looked well worth it. After the paperwork and all that good stuff was done we hopped in both vehicles and off we went.

The next morning she left for work at her usual time, to my surprise she calls me about twenty minutes after she left saying the car was out of gas, so off I run to the rescue. To skip the boring parts, after towing it back to the dealership because the engine was blown and there was three and a half pounds of sand in the oil pan, the very nice salesman had become lets say overly rude, telling us to deal with it. I went straight home and started making phone calls and web searching when I find this thing called “The Lemon Law” it’s one of the greatest things I’ve ever read about. An  attorney is now looking into my case for me and says it’s looking good. If you should ever need a Lemon Law firm always look up the Lemon Law facts. Hopefully this will stop happening to hard working people when the business owners find out that there are consequences.

Gardening

Lately I’ve been trying to grow myself some good quality garden vegetables. The tomatoes I planted have turned out really good, very large and juicy, along with green peppers potatoes carrots and even jalapenos the one thing I’m really missing in my quite small garden that I really want in there is a great plant we all know and love as rhubarb, I haven’t really found any food I like to cook it in but my uncle used to grow it when I was a kid. I just want to break it off the plant and eat it. my problem is I planted a pretty good amount of it and none of it even sprouted, to my dismay. Maybe I have the wrong soil type, but hopefully I will have some next year.

Georgia’s Islands

Off the Eastern coast of Georgia are a string of little islands that are known for their Atlantic beaches and gold resorts: Sapelo Island, Sea Island, St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island.

Sea Island is a resort founded on a strong Southern family tradition with an interesting heritage filled with celebrities and famous world power figures.

Howard Coffin and his wife visited Sapelo Island and fell in love with the area. As the founder of the Hudson automobile, he was able to travel and invest freely. He bought most of the available land at Sapelo Island, St. Simons Island and Sea Island, and recruited a cousin, A. W. Jones to oversee the properties. Together they built the resorts and developed the area into a world class property that is still managed by Jones’ grandson today.
