I have seen all the games that they are nominating for all the awards this year and let me tell you what peeves me. From whatever bunch of nerds that they asked to put their votes in maybe they should have asked a few people that doesn’t work for Microsoft. Online multi-player game of the year Halo3? Are you serious? this game lacked so much of anything fun it’s not even funny. everyone who even played it only played it because they were continuing the series. If Halo3 would have come out first that games sales might have ranged anywhere up to twenty bucks. So I’m asking everyone out there on the net what you think the game of the year is.

Some people think that it`s almost impossible to find an outlet while under stress. Most stressed individuals think that doing fun activities will not reduce the effect of problems that they tackle under career, social or personal pressure - which is a very poor way to get cope or rid them of it.

The strenuous activities can develop your muscles which improves your body`s coping mechanism to stress, and allows the body to release chemicals and hormones that is beneficial to your physiological well-being.
Cardiovascular workout can improve your heart and strengthen it to avoid stress related problems like strokes, high-blood pressure, chest pains and rapid heart beat. Due to the steady circulation in your system will benefit your muscles because of the fresh oxygen supply provided by these hearty fluids.
Note however that working out at the gym needs proper diet as well since your physical attributes will be worked to the limit to help fight off stress. Fresh fruits and vegetables are necessary improves digestion and supplies the body with the required nutrients it needs. Red meat devoid of fat can give your muscles proteins that will strengthen muscle tissues for added flexibility.

Had to go for my regular dental check up and cleaning this morning. All is good and it was great to have some good news this week.
For years I had a cavity or problem with every dentist visit. I blame bad genes for the lousy teeth and also too much soda as a teenager. I finally wised up and ditched the soda in my 20’s and my teeth are better for it.
The dentist sends out an email reminder of the next appointment and also has a girl call 2-3 days before the appointment to confirm. I suspect that is the smart thing to do to avoid a lot of missed appointments with the excuse of “I forgot.” Now the schmucks who don’t show up have to make up more vivid excuses, like being sick or hurt or something dramatic.
Speaking of brothers, one of my other brothers called to tell me that he’s had Lasik surgery done on his eyes. He says it was quick and easy and the best thing he’s ever done for himself.
I wish I felt comfortable abut doing it - I’ve worn glasses or contacts ever since I was a kid in grade school and couldn’t see the blackboard even from the front row.
I remember my dad telling me that when you get older your eyesight reverses. He was referring to the way your eyes get worse for close up work and eventually needing bifocals. I have to admit I fought the idea of bifocals for a very long time, but eventually the headaches from not being able to read the newspaper or see the computer screen won out over vanity.
I actually just received an iPhone as a gift from some of my family members. To my amazement it actually let me download a word press edition for the iPhone. Now I can type up my blogs and get some other stuff done while I sit in traffic, or any other of the many hold ups in life, the downloading and setup process was really really easy.
